This specific class is for adults and teens (12+).
Our LIFT classes are an hour in length and are focused on the Olympic weightlifting movements - the snatch and the clean and jerk. These barbell lifts are technical in nature so classes are spent completing different skill transfers for positional development, a variety of squats and presses to build strength, and quality reps of snatches and clean and jerks. Our hour long LIFT class is a great opportunity to practice these lifts without the intensity of a full CrossFit class.

The LIFT Club is a premier barbell club where individuals of all ages, skill levels, and fitness goals come together to focus on Olympic weightlifting (the snatch and clean and jerk).
In LIFT Club training sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a lift of your choice under the expert guidance of USAW-certified coaches, Peter & Rachael Gonzales.
The primary goal of the LIFT Club is to enhance and develop technical skills by reinforcing the fundamentals of these complex movements and to move the barbell safely and efficiently.
These training sessions will differ from our Sunday LIFT Class as the LIFT Club will not include a structured warmup or prescribed workout to complete but rather they will provide an opportunity to spend time performing your LIFT of choice and receiving constructive feedback from qualified coaches.
LIFT Club is available to all Den members and will be offered twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm.

Our POWER class is an hour in length and is focused on building strength through power lifting movements - the back squat, deadlift, and bench press. Our strength cycles are curated by Travis Osborne of Relentless Athletic Performance and will help unlock your strength potential while experiencing skilled coaching.
